We're looking for a Senior backend engineer to own the pricing system for all apps at Photoroom. You'll help deliver Product Growth initiatives and pricing architecture while collaborating closely with other engineers (both frontend and backend) and product owners.

As part of the Corporate Services pillar, your mission will be to empower our Community Relations Team (CRT) with the tools they need to have a 360-degree view of the user journey across our platform.The Care team's primary objective is to build "Phoenix," our new, comprehensive back-office system. This service aggregates data from all other teams and supply lines (train, carpool, and bus), while also providing critical action capabilities regarding our users, such as account blocking and content moderation. Anticipate and solve scale challenges before they hit: You'll map technical risks across Foundations' core systems — ~600k daily transactions approaching 1B total, search indexing, billing — and drive the architectural work that keeps Qonto's growth ahead of its infrastructure. Lead broad, high-stakes technical initiatives: You'll own end-to-end programs spanning multiple teams, touching Legal, Risk, Compliance, and leadership, with real business consequences. Shape the platform's future: You'll identify where Foundations needs to invest next — from granular permissions to AI-native integrations — and translate those bets into technical roadmaps. [...]

En tant que Staff Backend Engineer , tu es le·la garant·e de la cohérence de la plateforme backend à l'échelle de Hublo — Remplacement, Recrutement et Planning. Tu lead par le code, les revues d'architecture et des décisions claires. Tu transformes des problèmes métier ambigus en systèmes pragmatiques, tu débloques les décisions à fort enjeu et tu élèves la qualité de la communauté backend. C'est un poste à fort impact, alliant expertise technique , leadership transversal et influence organisationnelle .
