1. Own and run the platform: its core engine, safety mechanisms (preview/dry-run, audit trail), and operational health (deploys, on-call, observability). 2. Build the paved road: docs, templates, and self-serve tooling so any area plugs in and manages its own data rules, you build the capability, not do the work for them. 3.
