- Ship features end to end across a Go backend on Cloud Run and a React front end inside the Akeneo PIM, with the team alongside you. You don't need Go already — we care much more about solid software design, system architecture and AI engineering fundamentals than about which languages you've used, and strong engineers get productive in Go quickly. - Build features on top of models. Designing and iterating on the prompts behind our analysis and recommendations, working out how to tell whether the output is actually good, and handling the parts that don't behave like ordinary code.
